can someone shed some light on this, i never did the initial install of the charger, so i don't really want to get my hands dirty until, I know what i'm doing.

can someone let me know the required and helpful tools to use.. I also don't have a torque wrench if one is needed, thanks.....

Jim i know you know this......

    Jason,

I got your back my friend.
Call me at the shop when you have 30 minutes with the car and a cordless phone.

Make sure you have the tools listed above... and some LONG 1/4" drive extensions (I use a speed wrench and a 10" extension with a 10mm universal 6-point tip) to get at the lower adjustment bolt.

I WILL WALK YOU THROUGH IT STEP-BY_STEP BABY !!!

Plastics, the wave of the future (pulleys that is). My original tension pulley developed severe grooves. Swapped it with plastic pulley from JR.

Yeah, I am at the shop on Saturday... we can do the pulley/belt deal and fix the BTC in one call if you want.

The earlier you call me, the better. I will get interrupted more and more as the day goes on.

Keep your chin up... we will fix it.
